After several recommendations, we tried out Blue Ribbon Bar-B-Q in West Newton on Sunday night. The BBQ was outstanding, as were the sides. We tried the Pulled Pork, the Jerk Chicken, and a Pulled Chicken Salad. The cornbread, black-eyed cord, and baked beans topped everything off nicely. Too finish up, we each sampled a bit of the sweet potato pie, which was delectable. As advertised, the dining room is tiny, only sitting about 12 guests or so in bar-style seating. Service was fast and easy, and it seemed like they did a lot of take out business. Parking is ample, and Blue Ribbon is located right off the Mass Pike.
