Twenty Eight Atlantic
This past weekend we attended Twenty Eight Atlantic, an outstanding American/Seafood restaurant located in the Wequassett Inn Resort & Golf Club in Chatham, Massachusetts (on the elbow of Cape Cod). The grounds of the inn are beautiful, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with spectacular views. The dining room is luxurious and comfortable, with modern decor set in a classic ocean theme. We were greeted kindly by the wonderful staff and we were even presented a gift for our special occasion. The menu offers up a nice selection of American fare, specializing in locally caught seafood. We thoroughly enjoyed everything from the Salad, to the Scallops appetizer, and to the Poached Lobster entree. The meal was a delight, particularly due to the exceptional service. Plus, the price tag wasn't over the top compared to upscale Boston establishments (but it is pricey compared to most other Cape Cod restaurants). Overall, we would definitely return, and hopefully next time we'll be lucky enough to get a window seat overlooking the ocean.

Comments:
I have to agree. But there is more. I've stayed at the resort many times. Although twenty-eight Atlantic is incredible, there are two other restaurants at the resort that are equally as impressive. Each with a different menu and different personality. Thoreau's is a great pub type environment with the choice of dining from it's own signature menu as well as from 28 atl's. Casual and comfortable. You'll make new friends. And then the Outer Bar offers a great view overlooking the ocean. The food is different, but also sensational. Try the lobster roll! I've worked myself into a frenzy.

I am ready to jump in my car and head there now. See you there!
